Welcome to Come Together, located in the heart of RVC. We are a vibrant community offering a soul-nourishing range of programs, including asana, pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, spiritual lectures, satsangs, and kirtans.
The Come Together yoga program is proudly hosted at the Sportset Health & Fitness facility. As a registered Yoga Alliance school, Come Together Yoga Corp. establishes the high standards for the instruction and teacher trainings offered within the Sportset community. This partnership allows us to focus on the art of yoga while the physical premises, equipment, and personnel are managed and operated by Sportset Health & Fitness. Your comfort is our priority, and we have dedicated ourselves to creating an intentional space where you can truly arrive. COMMUTER FRIENDLY
We are located inside Sportset Health & Fitness Club. Our entrance is in the parking lot of the Rockville Centre Train station. Perfect for sneaking in a class before work, or on your way home.

YOGA STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Part of a yoga practice is being as mindful and respectful as we can towards our fellow yogis in class as well as our greater community, family, and friends outside of the studio doors. We encourage you to please practice respect and courteousness with each other, both inside and outside the studios.
ARRIVE TO THE CENTER Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the orange glow of our sanctuary. Late entries disrupt the collective breath. PRESERVE THE SILENCE Kindly leave your shoes and your digital world at the door. Our studio is a phone-free zone to ensure deep focus and tradition. STUDIO ENTRANCE Our sanctuary is a hidden gem within Sportset. The entrance is in the rear of the building, not on Maple Ave. Please be mindful to maintain the quiet flow of our space. LISTEN TO THE BODY Honor your practice by moving with intention. If you are new to Wall Inversions, please alert the Director before class begins. |
